I use an eclectic approach to therapy to meet the individualized needs of my clients. I also utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, solution focused therapy, structural family therapy, reality therapy, and mindfulness. I am a trained in; Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), and EMDR.
