I am a firm believer that change and recovery are possible for everyone. Therapy and change can be both difficult and challenging experiences. My approach centers around trust and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I am an open-minded and nonjudgmental support who can walk with a person through this journey. I hope to help individuals learn more about themselves and how to live more authentically. I love supporting people in harnessing their own individuality while helping them navigate the world and it's stress. We don't necessarily live in a world that embraces uniqueness, let me assist you in tapping into that magic.
A lot of emotional and behavioral issues can stem from a dysregulated nervous system. I aim to help individuals connect more to their bodies and protective patterns while teaching them the skills to regulate their physical and emotional responses. Learning and responding to the language of the nervous system can help empower a person to heal themselves.
I specialize in the treatment of Eating Disorders and Trauma Disorders. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals who suffer from Depressive and Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Self-Harm as well as with with the LGBTQIA+ community including gender related issues. I love utilizing EMDR and Inner Child Work to support my therapy.
