Hello & welcome! My name is Lexi Wagner, owner of Positive Pathways Therapy in Helena. I really enjoy getting to know each of my clients and their unique experiences. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and more. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about how therapy might help you, you're welcome here. My approach is down-to-earth and supportive, while still tackling the hard stuff. I am also fully trained in EMDR to help clients navigate and process through trauma and PTSD.
I am available in person or via Telehealth.
I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and working together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface to create lasting change. We’ll look at how past and current experiences/symptoms might be playing out in your life, and through this process, you can start to make more conscious choices and find healthier ways to cope.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I use a range of techniques including the exploration of unconscious processes, attachment-focused interventions, somatic experiencing, behavioral activation, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and more.
