Life can feel heavy. You may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship strain, or stress that has built up over time. At Positive Inner Self, LLC, we believe true healing comes through a holistic approach. Through counseling and consultation, we offer compassionate care that meets you where you are, whether in person or via telehealth. We also provide in-person massage therapy and naturopathic services to further support your well-being.
We are an integrated wellness center supporting individuals, children, and families with most mental health concerns. We offer a space that is calm, respectful, and free of judgment.
