I believe therapy should focus on the individual including life transitions, and roles in their family as they read, edit, and write their book of life. My goal is to collaborate with you on your healing journey to help you achieve your goals through encouragement and empowerment as you edit and rewrite your narrative.

My role in the therapeutic process is to build trusting relationships with clients, establish clear goals and objectives, engage clients in self-reflection, and implement techniques that are essential to the client’s growth. I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, People of Size, community activists, educators, and other frontline workers.

Prioritizing your mental well-being is one of the bravest and most radical things you can do. My treatment style is warm, creative, and empathetic.
