I work with women of all ages who are experiencing difficulty with self-doubt, shame, and problems with low self-esteem. My focus is on providing you with a safe, and comfortable space to reduce difficult feelings and improve self-care from the comfort of your own home. Currently accepting new clients online and in person.
I specialize in shame and self work, which includes self-esteem, self-image, and self-concept, to name a few. We will work together to identify strengths, challenge negative thought patterns, and increase a sense of self.
