Trauma doesn’t just live in the brain, it lives in the body. Healing isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating safety in your body, re-wiring long held patterns and learning to move forward without abandoning yourself.
I tailor my approach using a range of modalities because trauma isn’t one size fits all and neither is your healing. At times, healing is difficult and that is why there will be no quick fixes, just honest, direct, educational body based work that helps you finally feel like you.

Thats right, trauma isn’t in your head, it also resides in your nervous system. This is a 6 week trauma education and healing group for people who are ready to understand their nervous system, shift their patterns and start reclaiming their power, WITHOUT having to retell their trauma, We will meet once a week for 90 minutes. So if you’re tired of repeating emotional patterns that don’t make sense and often feel “too much,” or too shut down and don’t know why then this group is for you.
