I aim to help each person live a more values-driven life, as well as assist in achieving a greater sense of control and satisfaction. Throughout my career I have worked with people of all ages and have extensive experience assisting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, informed by science, and tailored to the specific person and presenting issue, with a particular emphasis on humanistic and cognitive behavioral techniques. Most importantly, I strive to provide a warm, empathetic, and safe environment where people can heal, learn, and grow!
