I am an IFS-trained and Hakomi Certified therapist offering experiential psychotherapy. I strive to create a space where you can safely explore all aspects of your identity. I guide you in sessions to go inside yourself, connect somatically, bring healing to abandoned or rejected parts of yourself, and grow your capacity to love (starting with you).
