I work with adults who come to therapy with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, problems with relationships, sexual trauma, family-of-origin issues, struggles with self-esteem, inhibitions and fears, childhood trauma, phobias, social anxieties, and separation issues. I work with individuals in both short- and long-term therapy, meeting varying frequencies, depending upon the goals of therapy.
We're all shaped by our past and current experiences, our environment, and the sense we make of all that in our private, internal world. Exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in therapy changes how you see yourself and understand your world. This new perspective opens up possibilities, creates new motivation, and gives you more choices in life.
I have over 25 years of experience helping people with the various struggles that bring them to therapy and I would be glad to talk with you about your concerns and the wishes you have for yourself that have led you to consider therapy.
