Have you been dealing with increased symptoms of anxiety or depression? You are not alone. I am here to support you. In your sessions, I offer deep listening as you share your experiences of pain and uncertainty. We will pay attention to your mind-body connection, growing your awareness for the physical messages that your body sends regarding your emotional experience--whether these messages shows up as tense muscles, increased heart rate, nausea, lack of energy, etc. In this way, therapy offers the opportunity to care for your whole self.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relational difficulties with partners or family members, and spiritual & existential questioning. I have special insight for folks who have experienced spiritual trauma, religious abuse, or domestic violence (no open court cases). I offer warmth, kindness, and an attuned presence.
At this time my caseload is closed to new clients, but I am always happy to offer referrals.
