Optimal Sexual Experiences Group for Couples (OSE)
With my colleague Justin Pere of Clarity Counseling I offer an 8 week group for couples experiencing low desire or desire discrepancy in their sexual intimate relationship. This group is based on the research of Canadian sex therapist Peggy Kleinplatz and builds on the components she has identified for optimal partnered sexual experiences. You can find more information at www.mindymcgoverntherapy.com. We are currently offering this group on an online platform. The next group date to be determined. Cultivating Sexuality for Women
This is a small group for cisgender women who want to explore and experience increased desire in their intimate sexual relationships. You do not need to currently be in a relationship to participate in the group. The group is based on the pioneering work of Lori Brotto teaching women how to use mindfulness to cultivate desire. The format will include a combination of group interaction, information sharing, experiential exercises, and home exercises. Group meet online and runs for 6 weeks starting January 20, 2022.
