I specialize in female adults 30+. Many of my clients present with anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues and/or lack of purpose/direction in life. Much of my work can be narrowed down to the following: 1. Understanding our life story up to this point and how certain themes and patterns are showing up today. 2. Learning to label and reprogram the pain, trauma, shame, limiting beliefs that are stored in our subconscious. 3. Learning how to regulate our nervous system. 4. Through all of this, peeling back the layers that cover over our authentic self.
