I specialize in relationships, using scientifically verified methods, such as Emoyionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to understand how couples connect. We join to see the patterns of arguments and help each partner understand his or her role. Then we dig deeper into the needs and wants of each so you can love from your hearts and souls.
All I do is work with couples and individuals struggling with their relationships. My passion is to tell the "story of us." I honor each person, underscoring their accessibility, receptivity and engagement so that they can accept, tolerate, turn toward, understand, not judge, and empathize with each other.
