NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique) is a mind-body technique that uses a methodology of finding and removing neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress. NET is a tool that can help improve many behavioral and emotional conditions. I am a Certified Integrated Mental Health Nutritionist.
My therapy is based on the principles of Eastern Philosophy: Mindfulness (bringing attention to one's internal experience), Nonviolence (practice of harmlessness of self and others), Mind-Body Holism (mind and body are seen as an integrated unit), Organicity (reconnecting the self to reveal the inner wisdom), and Unity (systems are integrated wholes).
