The BMHG is a skills-based group - Meetings focus on healthy courtship and intimacy practices - how to be aware and mindful so one may give and receive the intimacy and support we all need from our closest relationships. Each meeting will support skills-building and general principles, drawn from cutting-edge research, to help you understand what makes a relationship successful and work toward that with your partner. You will learn how understanding your partner's brain and attachment style can help you diffuse conflict and build secure relationship (in Wired for Love, Tatkin, S., 2011, p. 2).
