In my 30 years of working with women and those they love, I've been honored to witness great change, growth and healing. I work with people in the arts, in high stress jobs, and from diverse backgrounds, who want help with depression, childhood sexual abuse, relationships, parenting, sexuality, life-transitions, DV, and spirituality. My background in the creative arts and mindfulness, and in body-centered, relational, developmental and psychodynamic psychology allows me to draw from an eclectic array of tools to help in your healing.
