I started my career as a School Psychologist and am now a Licensed Mental Health counselor with 17 years of clinical experience. I have extensive experience, training and expertise in the treatment of anxiety. In addition, I am also certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy to help clients recover from chronic and debilitating pain.
As a therapist, I will partner with you, listen to understand you, and create trust so that you feel safe to share, explore, heal and grow. We may work on coping skills, setting boundaries, managing stress or navigating life in new ways. I will work hard to develop appropriate goals so that you can live your best life.
