Then, we work together to tailor recovery and wellness work that best fits your needs, leaning into the work. Through hope and transformation, you can heal, grow, and thrive.
I work with adults and couples. Using training in Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavior, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive, and EMDR therapies, I provide treatment for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and healing from trauma. I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University in 2008.
I’d be honored to walk with you on your path of healing and wellness, and help you find the answers for which you’re searching. Most of the treatment I provide is relatively brief in duration, typically lasting from several weeks to several months for a particular episode of care. When appropriate, I treat some patients for longer term care.
