I work with individuals, couples, and families. My primary objective is to facilitate and support the next level of growth and development for individuals and families that I work with. This means something different for everyone, so I focus on building a therapeutic relationship that lends to the understanding and accomplishing of identified goals. There are a number of things that contribute to diminished mental wellness and I am here to help you find out what that is for you and to support you on taking action.
I welcome all sex gender identities and relationship statuses, but identify as a sexual minority and feel it is important to affirm trans, non-binary, gender-nonconfirming, poly, and other marginalizations. For those that are unable to make it to the office, I provide online counseling as a Board Certified Telemental Health provider.
As someone who comes from a family and a culture that doesn’t talk about mental health and wellness, I know it can be difficult to share experiences with a stranger and be vulnerable. I have come to understand that journeys are best traveled when there is someone alongside of you, who acknowledges you non-judgmentally.
