I work as a partnership with you the client, as we expose and exlore strengths and resources that lie buried. I have a compassionate style that honors each client 'right where they're at' using deep listening that helps expose YOUR truth. I provide an environment to explore changes that may be uncomfortable, I suport each person by honoring your uniqueness in a safe environment to explore what is holding you back from your dreams.
I use tools that allow each person to become comfortable "in this moment." as we realize we may be focusing on our past or worrying about our future. Simple mindfulness focus is an easy and effective way to calm, sooth and allow space so that we can effectively maneuver our lives.
