I work with individuals who struggle with excessive worrying, overthinking, and restlessness, trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, as well as those who generally just want to improve their lives. I also work with couples who want to improve their communication and conflict skills and be more loving toward each other. I work best with clients who are wanting to grow and are willing to look inward to develop a deeper, more profound sense of self.
As a holistic practitioner, I seek to understand the connection between body, mind, and spirit. My style is direct and empathic, but will vary based on your needs. I utilize psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT & DBT), somatic therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness. I am particularly interested in working with couples, ENM folks, and LGBTQ+.
