There are times in life when it is difficult to believe that we will ever reach our dreams, hopes, goals, or have the future for which we had hoped. My 30 years of experience include working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, family, parenting, and divorce, and workplace/school-related issues. I combine a psychodynamic approach with interventions derived from mindfulness and focusing oriented therapy (FOT).
