Therapy for outdoor enthusiasts. People I work with feel a strong bond with nature, have an active, adventurous lifestyle, and find time in the outdoors fulfilling and healing. They want to improve their sense of well-being and live a balanced life within their personal values, relationships and responsibilities. I work with young adults in college and professionals established in their careers. They are high-achieving, seeking to manage significant stress and responsibilities, and still make time for the activities they enjoy. Many people I work with experienced childhood stressors, such as abuse or neglect.
I specialize in ecotherapy, also known as outdoor or nature-based therapy. This unique approach allows us to understand how your relationship with nature impacts you and your mental health. I also integrate traditional therapy.
Getting support for your mental health and long term sustainability is so important! Send me a message, and I'll be in contact soon.
