I am a trauma informed psychotherapist supporting adults through deep emotional, relational, and neurobiological healing. My work is grounded in psychoeducation, Somatic skill building, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, allowing me to blend body based, evidence informed, and consciousness expanding approaches in a way that feels both grounded and transformative.
I center work with adults with personality disorders, particularly borderline personality disorder, offering stabilizing, compassionate, and deeply humanizing care. I am equally passionate to work with women—especially those diagnosed as adults or previously undiagnosed autistic or ADHD and navigating perimenopause and other life transitions.
