I never thought I’d find myself in therapy — but it ended up being one of the most grounding choices I ever made. I understand the hesitation. Putting words to something you’ve never shared can feel exposing, confusing, or even impossible. Most of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and depression, academic pressure, or trying to make sense of identity questions that feel complicated or difficult to talk about. In our work, you don’t have to force anything. You get to arrive as you are, name what’s been heavy, and slowly make sense of the things you’ve been holding alone.

As a queer therapist, I understand the challenges that can come with navigating identity and LGBTQ+ experiences. In my work, I also support clients dealing with OCD, depression, and life transitions such as college, faith transitions, divorce, etc. I care deeply about men’s mental health and offer a space where vulnerability is respected and redefined.

This is a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can look at your patterns with compassion and curiosity. Together we’ll uncover the meaning behind them, process what’s been weighing on you, and build self-trust. My hope is that you’ll leave therapy with both insight and tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
