I work with individuals and/or families who struggle to find hope, balance or freedom from fear in its many forms. I enjoy creating a strong connection with my clients and cater my sessions towards their needs and ways of learning. I have worked for years with families/individuals that are "dysfunctional" or passing through a "rough patch". I care deeply about the individuals that have needed help processing their trauma, eating disorders, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, athletic or school pressures, injury or lack of connection with others especially for males.
I consider myself an empath, being able to sense others emotions more acutely and love to focus on education and growth in emotional intelligence. I use humor and focus on making my clients feel capable. I like to work hand-in-hand with the client at their own pace while being a strong support for your own personal goals.
