There are 2 major concepts that shape the way we work with the individuals we serve. The first is that there is nothing wrong with you. While at the same time, you have the desire to continue growing. We will guide you through accepting this contradictory truth as it is where the growth occurs. The 2nd concept is that we are whole beings. While we may think that certain issues only exist in one part of our lives, it is safe to bet that it also exists in other parts. Throughout the process, we will help you recognize the themes and patterns in how you function, then work to shift the patterns for the sake of your relationships.
Our clients come to us for help with figuring out how they can get out of their own way when it comes to having healthy relationships with others, and ultimately themselves. This healing may include grief, forgiveness, and letting go of unrealistic expectations.
It is important to know that NOTHING is wrong with you for seeking therapy or coaching. Our services are geared towards equipping you to achieve the growth you desire strategically and tailored toward your circumstances.
