I am a licensed clinical social worker with specialized experience working with at risk youth and adults. As a bilingual provider who speaks Spanish, I have the capabilities of bridging the generational gaps between youth and 1st generation parents. I am well rounded, hold a high level of cultural competency and understand the unique struggles of immigration, victims of crime, racism, discrimination, systemic barriers, lack of resources, and the impact of economic hardships on mental health functioning. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, joining with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
During my career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have and continue to provide mental health services to children and adolescents who have suffered from emotional and behavioral disorders, depression, trauma, anxiety, and other difficulties.
With empathy and compassion, I foster a safe, nonjudgmental environment to support my client’s emotional and social well-being.
