As we go through life it can be challenging and stressful. There are so many pressures that cause a person to feel like giving up hope, feeling disconnected, unmotivated, alone, fearful, and even scared. I am here to help people discover and develop skills to address those hardships and not feel so alone.
As a Clinical Social Worker, I seek to provide a space where you can be your most genuine authentic self. For several years, I have had the opportunity of working with young adults in corrections where I have been able to help motivate and help them acknowledge the root of their pain and start their journey toward healing.
My specialty is working with adults and teenagers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, self-harm, interpersonal and addiction problems. I will meet you where you are and challenge you in those hardships and give you tools to use in your day-to-day life.
