Are you unhappy with your life or unfulfilled in your relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed by worry, sadness, anxiety or uncertainty? Sometimes we just get stuck and find that coping on our own isn't working. My passion is working with college students and young adults to provide supportive therapy around a variety of issues that feel too big to manage on your own anymore. I use evidenced- based interventions specializing in trauma as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationships/ behavior patterns, and addiction issues. I am accepting new clients and will respond the same day.
I have been providing mental health and addiction counseling since 2006 in both individual and group settings. I also have extensive training with trauma and utilize evidenced- based interventions, which include: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques,
I am compassionate, direct and non-judgmental in my approach. I use a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person, and strive to integrate mind/body wellness.
