I consider it a privilege to gain your trust as you share your story with me. I will work with you on your journey towards inner peace and happiness. I can help you change the way you communicate and react to interactions in your relationships and experiences in your lives. I believe when we can to turn our focus inward we can grow in new and exciting directions.
The majority of my career has been spent supporting adolescents, families and couples in a parenting role as a school counselor. I currently work with individuals 16 years and older and couples. I have in-depth experience working as a crisis responder, conflict mediator, and facilitating workshops in parenting teens and social skill development.
I find we often bring our past trauma and childhood experiences into our intimate relationships. This can become problematic for most couples the longer they are together. By working on communication and listening skills and rediscovering each other through identifying your love language can help create empathy and increased intimacy in your relationships.
