This is a 4-week group that explores the domains of wellness. During our time, we will build a supportive, collaborative group that will explore tools for resiliency and coping within each domain. Depending on group dynamics, we might explore self-compassion, mindfulness, creativity, movement, and more. We also focus on SMART goal-setting to optimize our life experience.
