For more than 35 years, I have helped clients develop healthy, growth-inducing insights, face life's most difficult challenges more successfully, and enjoy life's most wondrous moments more fully.
I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, loss/grief, serious illness, sexuality or identity issues. Additionally, I work with couples who are struggling to connect, whose ability to love, trust and care for one another has been challenged.
I have a subspecialty working with individuals, including college students, dealing with the aftermath of the Covid pandemic, cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other life threatening conditions. I support individuals (and their loved ones) grieve what has been lost/changed and help them develop and strengthen their coping strategies to maximize their new realities.
