Self-control is usually a good thing, however too much self-control can lead to social isolation & difficult relationships. Skills class meets 1x/wk for 30 wks, begins w/an opening activity, review of last week’s skill, learn & practice a new skill (mindfulness, radical openness, forgiveness, & interpersonal effectiveness) & assign skills to practice.
