Great to meet you! Hello, my name is Polly Wilson and I would love to meet you! I am a Clinical Therapist with an LMSW who specializes in working with people who have depression and anxiety while, assisting them in managing minor symptoms, relationship problems, careers and school. I also specialize in trauma. I’ve been working in mental health for over 20 years while, also serving people who have severe problems with depression, anxiety , Bi-Polar disorder, Borderline Personality disorder, Schizophrenia and problems with daily living.
My specialty is working with people and helping them learn about themselves and working through hard emotions, managing them, while also learning to understand why they feel the way they are feeling. I work with them to help them find a middle balance.
Whatever your feelings you have and for whatever reason your seeking therapy, I would love to meet you and help you with working through the difficult times. Whether it be loss of a loved one, relationship problems, work, school, financial troubles or even more severe problems, I will be here for you.
