Maureen Turner, Psy.D. is a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the diagnostic evaluation of children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Turner earned undergraduate and graduate degrees at Stanford University. She then completed her doctoral work at Pepperdine University and her post-doctoral training at the Center on Human Development and Disability at the University of Washington Medical Center. She is experienced in assessing a wide range of ages and especially enjoys providing assessments for children and adolescents.

I am both a psychotherapist and a certified sex therapist (AASECT certified) and I help couples and individuals fulfill their emotional, sexual and relational needs by building a therapeutic relationship based on empathy, safety and trust. I will support you in clarifying your needs and goals without judgement so that you can take the insight and skills we develop together into your life and relationships. I offer my clients over a decade of professional experience in individual, couples, and family therapy. Relationship work is my specialty. I help my clients to improve their relationships with themselves or other significant people in their lives. My own longtime marriage, two grown children, and many changes in my personal life make me especially understanding and empathetic to the struggles my clients experience.
