I am a Clinical Psychologist practicing in the field of psychology for about 7 years. I have experience in working in various clinical settings including a school, psychiatric hospitals, autism family and resource center, intensive outpatient day treatment center, as well as private practice. My private practice consists of providing psychotherapy as well as psychological and neuropsychological testing. All of my clinical services are in English and Polish. The human experience can be incredibly challenging and isolating at times - often resulting in various forms of physical, emotional, and spiritual distress. Whether it entails reliving and/or revisiting painful life events, feeling an imminent sense of doom, adapting to a new culture/environment, or facing societal pressure to be stoic - my aim as a provider is to assist clients in their journey towards improved health and well-being. My therapeutic approach is firmly grounded in a holistic and trauma-informed framework, acknowledging the interrelated nature of the mind, body, and spirit.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient, residential, and school settings. I provide psychotherapy as well as psychological testing if needed. I completed my post-doctoral training working with children and adolescents on the Autistic Spectrum including those with sensory integration issues, co-morbid ADHD, and learning disorders. What makes me unique is that I have also worked with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ODD, OCD, ADHD, conduct disorder, and PTSD). I am particularly interested in women's issues and family therapy. I am also fluent in Polish.

Each client will be listened to in a newly renovated office that promotes comfort and privacy. Individualized treatment is developed for each client to increase positive outcomes and success. We use evidence-based treatments that have been researched and found to reduce barriers that interfere with positive and healthy functioning.

Through non-judgmental and objective listening, I will help you define the issues you might be facing, that prevent you from living to your fullest. Through a trusting relationship with you, I will guide and empower you by creatively solving your problems and achieving your goals. I will offer you the tools that will help you deal with the current problems that you may be facing, as well as problems that might arise in the future.

The treatment I provide will be tailored with your specific needs. I strive to build an authentic connection with each person and focus on solutions and opportunities rather than problems. My goal is to help you resolve the conflict that you are experiencing. My style is warm and nurturing, though simultaneously open and direct. I provide therapy in English and Polish.
