As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to my practice, recognizing the profound impact that adversity can have on families. My passion lies in working with individuals who have faced life's challenges head-on, fostering a safe and supportive space for them to explore their life experiences. I am also a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and EMDR Certified therapist.

Working with clients on anxiety and depression, comes naturally to me. Educational and career planning/goal setting, parenting concerns, and child development. My counseling skills help me fully understand your concerns and story, with solution focused problem solving, so that you feel as if you are leaving our sessions with something tangible.
