As a licensed marriage and family therapist, my commitment is to help my clients enhance their quality of life and make positive changes that will improve their overall wellbeing. My training in psychotherapy and family systems, combined with my license to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, enables me to provide effective therapy within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems. Dr. Justyna Wawrzonek founded the Embodied Living Wellness Center, a trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative psychotherapy practice to emphasize whole-person wellness. Justyna addresses mental health through the mind, body, and spirit lens and views these domains as interconnected. Justyna has extensive experience and training in working with mental health, substance use/addiction, and sexual health issues and uses evidence-based practices and holistic modalities to support each client's unique needs.
