As a marriage and family therapist I work with individuals, couples, children and families helping them handle the stressors of life. For those who desire a spiritual approach to psychotherapy, I can provide that dimension as well. I am a certified spiritual director and approach spirituality from a Judeo-Christian tradition with respect for other spiritual teachings and beliefs.
