I have Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. One of the main theoretical frameworks that direct me are relational psychoanalyses, art therapy and sand tray. I encourage my clients to explore the creative unconscious to help activate healing and be inspired by the insights towards positive change.
I introduce my clients to the healing qualities of arts and creativity that for an opportunity to re-assess and re-visit one's story in order to gain insight and engagement in behavioral modification towards ultimate progress, change and healing.
