I am a licensed clinical social worker in both NJ and PA.
I have ten years of experience in child welfare, working on inpatient psychiatric units with adults and older adults, and experience supervising an acute partial hospitalization program for patients with severe mental health and substance abuse issues. I have over 20 years experience providing individual and couples therapy because I love being a part of therapeutic change in people's’ lives.
My focus is on providing a strengths based approach, helping patients to challenge distortions in their thinking, recognize unhealthy behavioral patterns, and challenge maladaptive coping skills they may have. I work to help patients recognize their attributes and work towards goals that will improve their mood, and get them back into life.
