This virtual group setting offers a safe, supportive space where young adults can develop emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and skills to improve relationships. Participants can bond with peers who understand their challenges, creating a supportive community. Led by Dr. Jennifer Weber, certified in DBT for Adolescents, our program has helped young adults build confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to thrive. Insurance or self-pay is accepted.
