I work with people who are managing trauma and looking to regain control, people struggling with anxiety who are looking to build coping skills in order to live the life they want, and people living with depression looking to improve daily functioning. I work with couples struggling to communicate, people who are afflicted with/healing from substance use, and I am LGBTQ, kink, and BDSM friendly. I am here to listen and provide support while challenging maladaptive thoughts and coping skills in order to best support your journey.
I am a person centered therapist who will follow your lead regarding treatment. I work with clients who are 18+. I believe the majority of our work will come from the therapeutic rapport built during each session. Pulling from aspects of Gestalt Therapy, we will work together to increase awareness/insight, allowing you to live a fulfilling life.
