I provide experiential sex & intimacy coaching, as well as group facilitation, to help get you out of your head and into your body, to explore what connects you to your pleasure and allows you to step into your power.
This work has truly changed the way I think and feel about myself! It has improved the way I communicate with people in my life; in intimate relationships, as well as everyone from my family to my co-workers. Actively participating in this work has changed the way I show up for myself, for those around me, and how I carry myself through the world.
My training includes the Somatica Institute Core Training program on Sex, Intimacy, and Relationship Coaching, the Couples Training and the Advanced Training. I also completed a ketamine assisted therapy program with the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI).
