As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and calming space for people to explore their needs on a journey to healing and wellness. With a caring and non judgmental approach, I work collaboratively out of strengths-based, trauma informed, solutions-focused theory. I incorporate evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing, but use an eclectic approach to meet your specific needs in a way that makes sense to you. When healing is inside out burdens are lifted!
I have eight years experience working specifically with grief, loss, addiction and couples. I also provide court mandated anger management, shoplifting prevention, parenting skill groups and Substance and Alcohol Abuse Evaluations.
