In this time of unrest, feelings of anxiety, stress and depression are highented and can effect children and adults alike. I am a Certified Play Therapist working toward Registration with over two years of experience working with adults and children dealing with these issues and more. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am certified in Trauma Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. My approach to counseling is to work conjointly with the client to help them acheive their goals. I am currently accepting new clients and am available to speak to you via phone or online. I am here to help.
I offer in-person services in Nelson and Fayette counties and currently offer online or phone services to those who need assistance in Kentucky. Please contact me for availability.
