I enjoy working with ages 12 and up, especially those experiencing conflicts in their personal, school and professional life. Many experience complexities and challenges that are hard to resolve. "Connection" is the most important aspect in developing a natural, trusting and collaborative working relationship. Connection promotes a healthy therapeutic alliance where goals can be achieved and reflected upon. A therapeutic relationship involves weaving compassion and understanding while developing the ability to effectively communicate in a safe, nurturing environment. Parent coaching and co-parenting are also available.
