I apologize but my practice is full at this time and I am unable to accept new clients. Whether you're looking to address issues from the past or need support through a current situation, you do not have to do it alone. Since 2002 I have counseled youth, adults, couples and families with overcoming obstacles while developing the tools necessary to maintain a healthy path. Anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions and parenting are among the many issues with which I am able to help. These stressors can lead to self-destructive behaviors or withdrawing from others in order to cope.
My goal is to work with you to move in a more positive direction. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model. I utilize mainly Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapeutic methods, and use an integrative approach to ensure you'll receive treatment that is best suited for your needs.
